The Wallets page shows one of two kinds health of indicators: action required (something you can fix) or for your awareness (informational, with no fix needed or handled by support).
Resolve action-required states first, since an unresolved connection is the most common cause of wrong balances and numbers.
Which states need action, and how do I fix them?
These states mean a wallet needs your input. Each one has an inline action on the Wallets page.
| State | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Resync required | The calculated balance drifted from what the source reports. | Click Resync. |
| Sync failed | One sync attempt didn't complete. This is usually temporary. | Click Resync again. If it keeps recurring, contact support. |
| OAuth expired | Your exchange credentials went stale, so new transactions aren't importing. | Click Reconnect and sign in to the exchange again. See Re-authenticate your API-synced exchanges. |
| Invalid API key | The API key for a key-based exchange no longer works. | Create a new key on the exchange and update it. See Update your exchange API key. |
| Balance difference detected | Calculated holdings don't match what the source reports, which usually points to missing transactions. | Follow the on-screen prompt. See Troubleshoot missing balance errors. |
Which states are informational?
These states don't need a fix, or are resolved by support.
| State | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Sync temporarily paused | Syncing is paused for this wallet or the whole integration. | No action resolves this on your end. Contact our support team with the address and network. |
| Archived | You archived this account, so it no longer syncs or counts toward your totals. | Unarchive it from the wallet menu if you want it syncing again. See Archiving a wallet or exchange. |
