Whether you have a few questions about your taxes, or this year’s filing is more complicated than you thought, you now have the option to schedule a call with a CoinTracker support expert.
What does the call cover?
During the call, a support expert works with you on your CoinTracker account to:
- Confirm your exchanges and wallets are connected correctly, and identify any that are missing.
- Resolve issues that affect your numbers, such as duplicate transactions, one-sided transfers, or missing cost basis.
- Review and reconcile your transactions so your portfolio and tax reports reflect your activity.
- Set a clear plan for any work that remains before your account is tax-ready.
The call does not include tax advice, and an expert cannot prepare or file your tax forms for you. Once your account is accurate and tax-ready, you can file yourself or share your reports with your tax professional.
Where can I book a call?
- On the CoinTracker Taxes page or while in the guided tax flow, there’s a card in the bottom right corner that says “Need help with your tax filing?”
- Select Learn more.
- Choose either a 20-minute intro call or a 60-minute deep-dive call.
- Select a time and date that works for you.
- Add a brief description of the topic you would like help with.
- Your call will be scheduled as soon as payment is confirmed!
